WHAT IS NEUROFEEDBACK THERAPY

Neurofeedback therapy is gaining popularity in the wellness world as a natural and drug-free way to improve our mental health and optimum brain functioning.

Whilst originally developed to address various neurological and psychological conditions like anxiety, ADHD, sleep issues and brain injuries, neurofeedback has expanded into wellness due to its profound mental and emotional wellbeing effects.

Neurofeedback, a form of biofeedback, involves training and regulating our brain activity by providing real-time feedback on brain wave patterns. Unlike other brain stimulation treatments, neurofeedback does not involve electrical currents or invasive procedures. It simply guides the brain to self-correct and function better.

Amplitude training works by encouraging or reducing specific brainwave activity, while slow cortical training focuses on emotional regulation and brain stability.
